i feel like crap today. i binged and kept it down. i also had a big lunch. i have no clue whats going on. but im GOING to change it....starting tomorrow. fasting for the rest of the week. end of story. Maybe by THEN ill have lost at LEAST a fuckin POUND.

I MADE MY SCHOOLS SOFTBALL TEAM! =)

INTAKE:
B - nothing
L - chicken fried steak mashed potatoes and 2 cookies
D - one bowl of spaghetios and a light and fit smoothie

well today sucked but i wore my favorite pair of pants AND i made the team. half good half bad =( always tomorrow!

workout:
track - ran around 4 miles

GOD. this past week is hard.

B - french toast sticks with hashbrowns and orange juice
S - nothing
L - nothing
S - nothing
D - 2 tortillas, chicken flavored ramen noodles and a glass of juice
